Agnieszka Olbrycht-Banach

Business analyst with over 17 years of experience in IT areas for public administration solutions. For 12 years managing human resources, co-creating modern standards supporting management in local government administration, including in the field of public finance, computerization of public services, as well as the implementation of modern personnel policy. She was responsible for implementing many financial and management solutions both at the organizational and city level. She was also the deputy coordinator in one of the offices
in the scope of the project „Benchmarking – continuation” implemented as part of cooperation
with the Silesian Union of Communes and Poviats. She coordinated many innovative projects that had an impact on improving the functioning of the organization.
In Śląska Sieci Metropolitalnej Sp. z o.o. from July 2019, she was the Director of the Finance and Personnel Department, where, inter alia, she was responsible for the financial policy of the Company, accounting books, and the introduction of control procedures.
She graduated from the Cracow University of Economics with a specialization in financial audit, and then
as part of improving managerial competences, postgraduate studies in management
and psychology in business.
